Each condo has two bedrooms, one bath, a full kitchen and a balcony facing the Atlantic. Higher floors get wider views; all three are steps from the beach path.
One building, right on the dunes
All three condos are in the Sandpiper, a beachfront building with its own pool, a boardwalk onto the sand, beach-gear lockers and reserved parking.

Bring a swimsuit. The rest is here when you arrive.
Direct beach access
Walk from the building straight onto the sand. Neptune Beach and Oceanfront Park are a short stroll away.
Pool on the way back
Rinse off the salt and cool down in the pool before heading upstairs.
